Just so you know, the automated resets are most definitely not working. Server hasn't reset in a very very long time.

Apparently the new resets have you starting (post a reset) where you were just before reset. Is that possibly why you think it hasn't reset or has the loot and monsters not reset?

Ah, that could be it. I haven't actually tried to loot anything, I just didn't end up back in the welcome room, so thought it hadn't reset.

Server reset locations are persistent. Couple of reasons but primary one was that it was extremely annoying on a lot of other worlds of doing a long campaign then ending up back at start point after a reset.

I dunno... It seems to me that the more annoying thing will be that if you crash or the server resets while you're in a dangerous place you cant wait for a reset to start over, you have to log back in in the same place but without your buffs and summons. For any character that relies on buffs thats a death sentence.

Doesnt the "Start where I last rested" thing fix most of the problem of resets in the middle of long trips/quests anyway?

Okay, decided to run back up to Hartwood to look for the missing merchant. The maps still show that I went that way and the loot drops are empty. Been almost 24 hours since my last trip up there, so I'm guessing the reset is not working properly. While its possible that someone else hit the drops, my maps should have at least reset instead of showing my path from yesterday.

Definately hasn't reset things that i left around yesterday are still in place today..

Some things have reset as of a few min ago... got the entry room.

Yup, just fixed the reset function, basic restart module function was foobarred, I used the proper nwnx function. Of course after rebuilding the entire module, I am sure something else will be broken, but at least treasure is now working.

No more literate flag waving goblins then?

Server is up and running and all is good.

Auto reset seems to be borked. Hasn't reset since the pahtay.

Okay, server is now booting you when you try and log in.

Fixed, lightning storm reset it and such.

Ive been getting "Server not responding"/"Timed out" messages for the last few hours and cant connect...

Is the server down, or is it me thats broken?

Not just you Caff...I cant find it either.

yep, I cant connect either, though I haven't tried any exotic means of connecting yet.

Just had a look for the server and didn't seem to be able to find it. Will check again after the scheduled reset shortly and see if it is looking better.

Yeah, its gone...

I noticed it was gone an hour or so ago, but assumed it was on my end. But I see Jams commented in the chatbox about it too at about the same time.

Guess I'll have to go back to working on the Felstone Estate then . Remember all are welcome to do some area/creature/item building if bored/inspired (even if it is just the terrain and some placeables and we can fill in all the evil killing things afterwards ) and if it suits, Spor might put it in the module (if it is fairly specific then might be worth checking first to see if it is okay).

....so the server is still down? I mean, I know we all had a blast last night killing things on that other server, but really, aeon is our home....... *gets teary*

Grumbles, matless in Europe and I can guess hi sflat mate turned off computer. I will pop over tonight and fix. Grrrrr
