Won't allow me to log on with one character

I am have trouble logging it Torch.
I get this message "Invalid character - player login refused. Item equiped with an 'item level' disallowed by server restictions"
I have another character that can log in just fine.
I'd appreciate any help this guys

The item level restrictions box got tick on, so I guess it happened at the same time as the one party rule . Probably have to wait for Sporaxis to fix it.

The item restriction box is still ticked, but I've been able to log on with both my PCs (even the one with all the fancy things - maybe I'm just high enough level to use them??).

So how do you get rid of something that is level restricted if you can't get on to get rid of it?

Dont know I still cant logon and I do not really know what i could have that a level 9 character wouldn't be able to use.

Well, the theory is that you had to have been cheating to have gotten it on in the first place.

There are a couple of other gotchs when EnforceLegalCharacters is turned on as well. If you have an item you can only use because of a feat another item gives you (say an exotic weapon or heavy armor) take it off before you log out or you won't be able to get back in (this is because the code doesn't recognize the proficency the item gives you when it validates what you are wearing, so when it finds you wearing something you shouldn't be, it incorrectly concludes you are cheating and blocks you from logging in).

*sighs* Theory or otherwise i have nothing that I "cheated" to get ot anything that is powerful only what he found and bought in game.....

I shall be looking at it when I get home from work. Should be a simple fix but Myk is right the cheating scripts kick in and bump people at times, my parameters may be a smidge too low and well it cuts you off.

Ahh looks likes one of my kids has touched my server. Just flicked off the ILR and you should be good to go. Post back if you can't connect and I will clear entries against your char in the database after work.

Thanks Spor now the item level restriction box is off and i can log in.
Equiped my character has nothing more than +2 value.

I'm talking Spor now on the phone and he said it is fixed. If not said spor pm.
