It has been a good run with Aeon, but all things run their course and come to an end. I have watched Aeon slowly grow then die off as people moved onto other interests or found worlds that appeal to them more. Instead of leaving the server up and running empty, I have decided to turn off the server and close the player portion of the forums.



I would like to thank those that have put in their time and effort, either as DM's, builders or players. Without your efforts a world can not exist or grow into something more than a concept.



So what next, for me I am not sure, perhaps I shall learn something else perhaps not. I do know my power bill will be smaller next month, so out of sad endings a positive comes.

Well I suppose I should start off with a hello as most of you don't know me or haven't seen me and the few who have I've only spoken with briefly.

Now onto the more important business of this post. Please vote so that I may try and work out the best days to free up with work to cause dea-- I mean to login and entertain. I believe I have set the poll up to allow you to cancel your own votes and revote should your preferences change. If you do change your vote, I request you bump the thread so that all DM's and players can be kept upto date on the best days to catch PC's online.

As a side note I hope to end running something on this weekend if I get the time, however weekends are the worst for myself.

Thankyou for the warm welcome Jamoise, I'll try and give you one weeks grace for being the first to reply with a warm welcome. As a side note I do not see PC's as tools, only as lambs to the slaughter. Now that I have thought things through the fact you were gossiping about me has just removed your one weeks grace and you're now fair game again.

Hino, I take it you're some form of halfing lover by your comment, do not fear I have a plan for dealing with your sort. I'm also sure somebody will be nice enough to fill me in on your play times, so long as I bribe them with lowering their chance of death or increasing it if they don't respond how I like Playing times Icon_twisted .

I was probably half of those views Razz, trying to figure out how to answer in a way that would be helpful...

Ive narrowed it down to "All of the above... but only sometimes".

Im almost always able to be on if I want to, but the times Im actually on are mostly at random unless I know of something planned that I need to show up for.

I'd reply but that might be a bit redundant, everyone knows that all of the DMs are me (except for DM_Phae) Playing times Icon_razz.

Normally can fit in things when they are scheduled, otherwise very ad-hoc.

About to be away on holidays for a few weeks but weeknights mostly. I'd go for Wednesdays and maybe Thursdays. Oh Sunday nights are usually good for most people.
