Aeon PW
All



It has been a good run with Aeon, but all things run their course and come to an end. I have watched Aeon slowly grow then die off as people moved onto other interests or found worlds that appeal to them more. Instead of leaving the server up and running empty, I have decided to turn off the server and close the player portion of the forums.



I would like to thank those that have put in their time and effort, either as DM's, builders or players. Without your efforts a world can not exist or grow into something more than a concept.



So what next, for me I am not sure, perhaps I shall learn something else perhaps not. I do know my power bill will be smaller next month, so out of sad endings a positive comes.

Found this on the Dragon Age forums. Think of a character (real or fictional) and see if you can stump the Akinator with it asking true/false questions Razz

My first try was Rove and it guessed him, then captain Jack from Torchwood. Razz

[EDIT]: Beat it with Mike Moore from Frontline, but it knows him now - more players the smarter it gets Razz.

It guessed Hatsune Miku.... damn it.. as soon as it asked.. does your character always wear headphones, I knew it had me.... lol

It eventually got another character I tried from an anime, it got it wrong the first time, but i told it to continue on, and it eventually got it Wink

It got Treebeard and Skippy the bush kangaroo but got stuck on Celeborn. It was close when it guessed Elrond and then Glorfindel, so it was on the right track.

It didn't even come close to guessing Jess from Footrot Flats

Yeah he's not up on his NZ icons. I got him with a few NZ authors.

The thing is that it will learn all about the ones it got wrong so it will get them right next time Razz Obviously just not enough NZers had been playing it Razz.
