One thing though I am big on, RL always comes first regardless of who you are.

Well I work best with specifics, so give me something to do that needs doing and I'll do it.

Well, I'll offer the idea up again - give people XPs fors simply turning up and role playing. Say 50 per level per night, awarded 15 minutes after entering the world (i.e. leaving the entry area). No need for them to go kill things - they can concentrate on their characters rather than on goblin hunting....

Also possible to add a player RP wand, which will let players give each other small RP rewards (say 3 x 25xp per night). Not enough to break the bank, but enough to be appreciated.
